Well welcome to Alex + Paulo's wedding day held at UBC Sage Bistro in Vancouver, BC. Alex and Paul had us at their wedding day for 13 hours on their wedding day as there were a lot of components, a wide variety of locations, a religious ceremony, 3 course dinner, tons of dancing and celebrating and didn't want to skip capturing any moment.

The UBC Rose Garden not only fit the romantic occasion, but being outdoors with the North Shore Mountains as backdrops, really fit the relaxed Westcoast vibe we wanted to go for. For our reception, the UBC Sage Bistro not only fit our need for a modern venue, but their windows and spacious rooms gave a bright and open look we wanted.

This past fall, we had the pleasure of working with James and Eudorah for their wedding at the UBC Rose Garden and Sage Bistro. This venue is such a beauty and an unexpected surprise. The Rose Garden still blooms in early September and the mountain backdrop is an absolute view and backdrop for photos. Fortunately, the rain started to sprinkle as soon as the ceremony was complete.

Sage. Sage is pretty near UBC Rose Garden. Guests can have perfectly cooked halibut, stuffed squid and steaks at this restaurant. Great coffee is worth trying here. Clients don't highly appreciate cheesecakes and wine at Sage. It's easy to find this place due to its convenient location. The appealing staff welcomes visitors all year round.
